Ability to conceptualize and mature the solution.
Understanding of Product development life cycle from concept to production.
Electro-Mechanical Assembly design, including sheet metal enclosures, frames, weldments.
Design Verification Validation Testing capability.
Exposure to electro-mechanical manufacturing assembly environment will be an advantage.
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary teams and Multi-cultural adaptability.
Ability to effectively interact with suppliers across regions.
Basic idea about Project Management.
