Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to improve production processes, optimize workflows, and enhance product quality. The ideal candidate should have expertise in manufacturing systems, process optimization, and quality control, with a strong focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Process Optimization
- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency.
- Analyze production workflows and suggest improvements to reduce waste and costs.
- Ensure adherence to lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Monitor product quality and implement quality control standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for production defects.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and industry safety regulations.
Equipment & Technology Management
- Identify, procure, and maintain manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Implement automation and robotics to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Supply Chain & Cost Management
- Work with suppliers to source raw materials and optimize supply chain processes.
- Reduce production costs while maintaining high product standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for inventory management and waste reduction.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to improve product manufacturability.
- Prepare reports on production efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
