Job Description

Learning and performing tasks in the production process, collaborating with team members, and ensuring quality and safety. and also is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and operating. Also responsible for cleaning and quality-checking their machinery to ensure everything works as it should.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement

Design and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize production schedules

Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality

Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and implement corrective actions

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

Provide technical support to production teams and resolve any manufacturing issues

Train and mentor production staff on manufacturing processes and best practices
