Job Description

5 years of hands on experience on Design of Test Fixtures required for Drive Train testing Tractor Component testing.
Ability to understanding / use Creo software for concepting, modeling and detailing of tooling as per standards.
Basic of Tool Fixture Design - Resting, locating Clamping principles.
Ability to understand and interpret the standards, apply them to tooling designs
Materials used for Fixture design Heat treatment process.
Knowledge for Limit Fit Tolerances, Geometric tolerances. Ability to read and interpret product drawings and prints for GDT, apply GDT for tool designs.
Large assembly tolerance stack analysis.
Knowledge about Hydraulic line routing, fitting selection part selection.
Knowledge on tooling manufacturing processes and constraints and ability to apply them on tool designs.
Ability to read and interpret product drawings and prints for GDT, Weld symbols and apply GDT for tool designs
Good communication skill and ability execute projects independently
