Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. You’ll be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently

Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards

Perform quality checks and report any defects or issues promptly

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow production schedules and meet performance targets.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training a plus)

Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required (we offer training!)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift [X lbs/kg] as needed.
