Greetings!!!!
We need freelance Map consultants to capture Map coordinates and add/update information, as needed, in a spreadsheet format referring to primary source materials in digital image form. We will supply both the spreadsheet and the original images.
Job Description: GIS and Map Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities :
    To Geo-reference the given Cadastral Map or Digital Topography Sheet.
    Image to Image Geo-referencing.
    Should be well versed in geographic coordinate values(with or without scaling)  
    To create the subset images.
    To prepare the Geological mapping.
    To prepare the Geomorphological map.
    To prepare the City location map.
    District location map.
    The Classification of City.
    The create Resource map & Settlements map.
    To identify the features if the landscape.
    Performance monitoring.
    Overall Productivity & Quality Reports maintenance.
    Project Incoming & Shipment Reports maintenance.
    Analysis of Topography sheet, LISS III Image and Cadastral Map.
    Design and Create a map to the client to need the use of  ArcGIS.
Note :
Capturing of geographic coordinate values when the given map has coordinate values printed on it. Also validate its correctness, whether the values are correct by checking it in the Google Maps.
1.    Check the values represented in Decimal Degrees (DD) or Degrees/Minutes/Seconds (DMS)
2.    If Decimal Degrees (DD) capture as-is.
3.    If Degrees/Minutes/Seconds (DMS) use conversion rule specified in the Things to know section point # 9.
4.    Check the values are a positive or negative sign as specified in the Things to know section point # 10.
