JOB PROFILE:
- Plans, Controls, directs and organizes all sales and related activities to maximize and support the Company’s revenues and profit objectives
- Manage a team of sales managers that are responsible for the selling of Credit Information Solutions to the Members / Potential Members (Insurance companies and Banca partners).
- Meet and ideally exceed board approved revenue budget for all products
- Drive sales performance to quarterly plans.
- Plan and execute marketing activities in conjunction with business goals and overall marketing objectives
- Mentor & develop a highly motivated sales team.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop & implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Very strong people management and leadership skills, with demonstrated past successes
- Strong conceptual, analytical and execution abilities
- Should have an ability to turn plans into action and possess strong planning, forecasting and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and deal closing skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, i.e.; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
