Plans, Controls, directs and organizes all sales and related activities to maximize and support the Company’s revenues and profit objectives
Manage a team of sales managers that are responsible for the selling of Credit Information Solutions to the Members / Potential Members (Insurance companies and Banca partners).
Meet and ideally exceed board approved revenue budget for all products
Drive sales performance to quarterly plans.
Plan and execute marketing activities in conjunction with business goals and overall marketing objectives
Mentor & develop a highly motivated sales team.
Maintain key customer relationships and develop & implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Very strong people management and leadership skills, with demonstrated past successes
Strong conceptual, analytical and execution abilities
Should have an ability to turn plans into action and possess strong planning, forecasting and managerial skills.
Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and deal closing skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office, i.e.; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
