Job Description
- Track the companies allocated and prepare daily/weekly updates for internal purposes (Minance Investments)
- Company updates on a monthly basis covering major developments during the month (Minance Investments)
- Write special reports covering major news/special events/corporate actions/AGM (Minance Investments)
- Maintain database with supporting data/information for everything written in the research reports
- Write sector updates and thematic reports (Team Knowledge Updation)
- Research personal stock holdings of the clients to ensure health and profitability of their portfolio, based on individual client goals.
- Carry out relevant valuation methods to value stock holdings of clients.
- Provide recommendations, if necessary, on the clients portfolio through summarised reports/PPTs as and when required.
- Develop clear opinions on mutual funds based on research that goes beyond mere performance and risk evaluation.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis using databases, monitoring regulatory information and other means necessary.
- Monitor important developments in the fund industry, markets and the broader economy.
- Adhere to the company investment policies for recommending mutual fund investment options to individual or firm investors.
- Keep in mind the goal of the client while researching and preparing analysis and recommendations on the client’s portfolio.
- Remain updated about latest trends in the mutual fund market industry to solidify knowledge base and build expertise and by default, provide better consultation.
- Coordinate and Manage and paperwork operations. (Couriers)
- Organize and maintain tax filing process for clients.
- Prepare portfolio reports on a monthly basis for all client accounts.
