Market Research Analyst Job in R2i2 at Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon

• The world is evidencing Tsunami of innovations since last couple of years. Nature of work has been changing leading to change in workforce. Bots are now working alongside humans and the world is thinking, how would the “Future of Work” look. 
• Industry 4.0 has already arrived and organisations are making all possible efforts to gain maximum out of disruptive technologies. But unfortunately, the first thing any disruptive technology meets is resistance and the prime reason for that is the inability to understand the benefits the technology brings with it. 
• In the past few decades, all the business functions have been disrupted by one or the other technology. However finance has not been impacted substantially by advent of any such technology in the past. Now the time has come. With advent of trustless networks, reconciliation statements shall fade off, with bots, manual repetitive jobs would no longer be done by humans. This calls for an early introspection of finance function and evolve with time.
• R2i2 work towards making the life of finance professional better by helping them embracing change. We build products which help finance professional and finance function as a whole to be more transparent, efficient and happier. 

The opportunity

• Research analysts gets into conversation with finance professional of various organisations and understand their existing work schedule and expectation of how should their work schedule look like.

Your key responsibilities

• Identifying organisations ready to embrace change
• Establish connect with finance professional and get into meetings with them for detailed discussions
• Interacting with various finance professionals (on call or face to face) to understand their existing work profile and identify scope of improvement in it
• Bench marking the existing processes against best industry practices internationally
• Prepare minutes of those meetings and collate the data gathered in a structured manner
• Analyse the data using advanced excel or other data analysis tools

Skills and attributes required

• Deep understanding of the activities undertaken by a finance function
• Understanding of business processes like R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R, etc
• Basic understanding of various disruptive technologies
• Good communication skills
• Good at operating MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc
• Analytical mindset

To qualify for the role you must have

• Preferably qualified CA Intermediate / PCC / IPCC
• Have completed the articleship (preferably more in internal audit, Internal financial control, management assurance, etc)
• Have experience of working in the finance and accounting function of an organization
• Overall experience of 3-5 years (including articleship)
