Position Purpose:
This position is an integral part of the sales and business development process within the organisation. We are looking for a passionate individual and a self-starter to execute the company's sales strategy and be accountable for driving all aspects revenue generation, i.e., lead generation to closures (new customer acquisition process).
The Research Analyst will lead and ensure growth of profitable new business; develop and maintain customer relationships. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement oriented and believe in achieving and exceeding sales goals through strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and target prospects.

Job Description :
- Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research.
- Actively seek out customers / generate Leads.
- Identify potential customers and establish contact to promote sales.
- Respond sale inquiries of new and existing customers.
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of the company.
- Conduct various sales promotional activities from time to time, as directed by Sales & Marketing Head.
- Go the extra mile to drive sales.
- Must have good communication skills.
- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Good Exposure in Direct international Sales.
- Quick thinking & problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
