Flexisales is hiring for LEAD GENERATION and B2B sales process.(We are hiring US Market Research Analyts for Voice Process)
Role: - Research Analyst (Lead Generation)
Skills Required: - 
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English.
  • Minimum 3 months work experience into Lead Generation
  • Experience into KPO / BPO / International Call Centre / International Sales process would also be prefered.
  • Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills could also apply.
Job Description: - 
  • Working from customer lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to client's existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products and service contracts. 
  • Speaking with Key Decision Makers /influencers to promote the services. 
  • Using previous marketing experience overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers. 
  • Emphasize features and benefits of represented products/services, provide accurate quotes, and determine appropriate escalation point to provide solutions to customer issues. 
  • Meet or exceed all marketing quotas and activity objectives in assigned territory 
  • Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to 
  • promote client's products. 
  • Build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer/prospect information. 
  • Education Qualification: - Undergraduates / Graduates/ Post Graduates from all streams.
  • Salary : - Excellent Hike on current CTC
  • Work Timings: - US Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)   -  Pick and Drop Provided.          Uk Shift (12:30 PM to 9:30 PM)
  • Fixed Saturday-Sunday Off
