- Excellent Communication Skills in English.
- Minimum 3 months work experience into Lead Generation
- Experience into KPO / BPO / International Call Centre / International Sales process would also be prefered.
- Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills could also apply.
- Working from customer lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to client's existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products and service contracts.
- Speaking with Key Decision Makers /influencers to promote the services.
- Using previous marketing experience overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
- Emphasize features and benefits of represented products/services, provide accurate quotes, and determine appropriate escalation point to provide solutions to customer issues.
- Meet or exceed all marketing quotas and activity objectives in assigned territory
- Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to
- promote client's products.
- Build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer/prospect information.
- Education Qualification: - Undergraduates / Graduates/ Post Graduates from all streams.
- Salary : - Excellent Hike on current CTC
- Work Timings: - US Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) - Pick and Drop Provided. Uk Shift (12:30 PM to 9:30 PM)
- Fixed Saturday-Sunday Off
