Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Perform targeted account research/data population/data cleansing (leveraging web research, third party tools, monitoring our website traffic, etc.). Share relevant, time-sensitive intelligence w/ appropriate internal parties.
- Cleanse “leads” data from all of face-to-face events / conferences / webinars / campaigns across the company, ensure this data is correctly loaded and tagged w/ the right lead source and campaign in the marketing system along with any relevant notes etc.
- Ensure that marketing system accurately reflects accounts that are enterprise or strategic, active clients, or actively in the sales pipeline based on data found in the opportunity management system.
- Prepare and deliver leads and campaigns data subsets and reports as directed for internal use and analysis.
- Provide sales teams w/ account research and account history (contacts, marketing campaign consumption history, poll data, and other account intelligence) for any account as an internal service.
