Essential duties and responsibilities:

Perform targeted account research/data population/data cleansing (leveraging web research, third party tools, monitoring our website traffic, etc.). Share relevant, time-sensitive intelligence w/ appropriate internal parties.
Cleanse “leads” data from all of face-to-face events / conferences / webinars / campaigns across the company, ensure this data is correctly loaded and tagged w/ the right lead source and campaign in the marketing system along with any relevant notes etc.
Ensure that marketing system accurately reflects accounts that are enterprise or strategic, active clients, or actively in the sales pipeline based on data found in the opportunity management system.
Prepare and deliver leads and campaigns data subsets and reports as directed for internal use and analysis.
Provide sales teams w/ account research and account history (contacts, marketing campaign consumption history, poll data, and other account intelligence) for any account as an internal service.
