Job Description
Job Responsibilities: •
- Understanding business research objectives & designing market research to discover prospective market preferences •
- Collecting primary data on customer & consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations •
- Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it •
- Analyze the MICRO and MACRO markets with respect to strategic issues, opportunities, market trends, competitor's perspective and other such high-level segments •
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis •
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations •
- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases •
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation •
- Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct •
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
- Immediate reporting to Managers/ Team Lead/ Business Analyst •
- Execute market research and consulting assignment/projects •
- Overall team co-ordination with management trainees, research associate and senior research analyst/research manager •
- Maintain and report, required documents to the research manager during, and at the end of the report •
- Liaise with the research manager and marketing team with respect to marketing collaterals and deliverables when required •
- Associate and analyst should complete one report in association with the research manager.
- However, should be able to multi-task as per client's requirements and projects •
- Motivate and enhance the performance of associates through regular feedback, guidance and acquired knowledge
