Job Description

Job Title: Market Research Analyst (20 Openings)

Job Type: 6-Month Agreement

Compensation:

Base Pay: ₹30,000 per month (performance-based, prorated if targets not met)
Performance Commission: ₹2,125 per credit (up to ₹21,250 for 10 credits). Repeat bookings earn 0.25 credits.

Work Schedule:

Days: Sunday to Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (UK Time), includes a 2-hour break
Total: 9 working hours per day

Role Overview:
We are hiring 20 motivated Market Research Analyst under a 6-month agreement. This role involves sourcing, validating, and submitting expert profiles to meet client requirements. Candidates should be detail-oriented, self-driven, and committed to meeting daily submission targets.

Responsibilities:

Source and validate experts as per project requirements.
Submit at least 2 verified expert profiles per working day.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of submissions.
Collaborate and report to the project coordinator.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Independent laptop/computer.
Strong and reliable internet connection.
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
Strong research and problem-solving skills.
