Job Description
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, focus groups, interviews).
Collect data from primary and secondary sources, including industry reports, databases, and social media platforms.
Analyze data using statistical tools and software (Excel, SPSS, R, or Python).
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
Present findings to management and other stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends.
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with product, sales, and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis: Collect data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions using various methods including surveys, interviews, focus groups, web analytics, and secondary sources.

Research Design: Develop research plans and methodologies that align with project goals. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data points necessary to answer specific business questions.

Quantitative & Qualitative Research: Perform detailed quantitative analysis (e.g., trend forecasting, demand estimation) and qualitative research (e.g., customer feedback, market sentiment).

Market Trend Monitoring: Track market developments, economic shifts, industry news, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and risks.

Customer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience enhancements.

Competitive Analysis: Evaluate the positioning, pricing, and strategy of competitors to identify areas of differentiation or improvement.

Reporting & Visualization: Translate research findings into easy-to-understand reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Presentation of Findings: Present key insights to stakeholders including executives, marketing teams, product managers, and sales leaders to support strategic planning.

Database Management: Maintain databases and research repositories to ensure data integrity and accessibility for future use.
