Role Summary
As a Market Research Intern, you will assist in conducting deep-dive analysis into the senior healthcare and care-at-home ecosystem. You will work closely with senior researchers and strategists to uncover trends, evaluate competitors, analyze customer segments, and support insights delivery for both internal and client-facing projects.
This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about research, healthcare innovation, and business problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct structured secondary research on eldercare, digital health, and home-based care models
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence maps of senior care providers, tech startups, and service aggregators
Perform customer segmentation, persona building, and identify unmet needs
Analyze market sizing, pricing models, and care delivery frameworks
Study public policy, insurance, and health system regulations relevant to aging and in-home care
Assist in the preparation of insight decks, reports, and client-ready deliverables
Track funding trends, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem opportunities
Support survey/screener design, data analysis, and user research
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Public Health, Economics, Life Sciences, or similar fields
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and synthesis skills
Excellent command of written English and presentation abilities
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides; familiarity with tools like Notion or Airtable a plus
Comfortable with self-driven desk research and organizing findings into clear formats
Interest in healthcare, aging populations, or social innovation is a strong bonus
Work on high-impact healthcare research with real-world implications
Flexible work schedule and supportive, collaborative culture
Internship certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion
Stipend (INR 20000) provided for the assignment; performance-based full-time opportunity may be offered
