Job Description
1. Collect data on consumers, competitors, and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
2. Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover customer insights
3. Compile and analyze data
4. Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
5. Use online market research, surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather data
6. Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation

1. Must have completed/an ongoing degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field
2. Must have proven market research experience
3. Must have the ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
4. Must have strong communications and presentation skills
5. Must have excellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases, and MS Office
6. Must have adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
7. Must have a working knowledge of data warehousing, modeling, and mining
8. Must have strong analytical and critical thinking
We are looking for a methodical market research analyst to generate insights to support customers during their decision-making process on product designs, prices, and promotions. The intern would be provided a basic pay of Rs. 5000 per month and the incentives could go up to Rs. 10,000 based on the performance.
