Job Description
1. Gather data to meet specific project objectives by using various informational sources
2. Assist in planning design instrumentation and research methodology for gathering data
3. Collect information and establish a database to catalog, update and retrieve data
4. Analyze data to determine trends, discrepancies, or other specific departmental business issues
5. Create technical reports to provide a summary of findings.
6. Manage data using statistical analysis processes and project management techniques
7. Conduct presentations and design ancillary visual graphics to enhance reporting
6. Conduct research that will involve competitor analysis, including features, user experience, geographies, and other areas in the HR domain
8. Work with a product development team and flexibly work on multiple research topics
