Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on competitor research, market research, and prospect research: Conduct in-depth research on competitors to analyze their strengths and weaknesses. Research market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. Identify and compile prospect lists for campaigns

2. Assist with the creation of growth collaterals: Work closely with the growth team to create engaging and informative collaterals and also in the development of presentations, product sheets, and other collateral materials to drive revenue

3. Ensure weekly/monthly reporting and analytics & campaigns on all existing data: Collect, analyze, and report on data, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Help in identifying trends and opportunities by conducting data-driven analysis. Support the planning and execution of growth campaigns based on insights gathered

4. Assist with prospecting & pitching (wherever required): Collaborate with the growth team to identify potential prospects and assist in outreach efforts. Participate in the development of persuasive pitches and presentations for potential clients. Attend prospect meetings and calls as needed to observe and learn

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, economics, or research
2. Strong analytical and research skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
5. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a growing company
