1. Consult clients about the objectives and requirements of projects
2. Carry out quantitative or qualitative research
3. Design specific research methods, such as questionnaires in coordination with the respective product & market heads
4. Manage and organize information monitoring the progress of research projects
5. Manage and organize information with statistical software conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys
6. Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts
7. Remain fully informed on market trends and other parties' research and implement best practice
