Job Description
About the internship
1. Identify and recruit participants for research activities, ensuring a diverse and representative sample
2. Observe the electric vehicle owners during their daily work to understand their underlying electric charging needs
3. Conduct interviews and surveys with Electric vehicle owners to understand their experiences, challenges, and needs related to electric charging
4. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities
5. Work closely with the founders team to synthesize findings and develop actionable recommendations
6. Prepare research reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings to internal stakeholders

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as transportation engineering, logistics management, business administration, economics, or social sciences
2. Strong interest in transportation, logistics, and urban mobility
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
4. Able to converse in English, Hindi, and at least one local language (Marathi or Kannada)
5. Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
6. Understanding of key issues and trends in intra-city logistics and last-mile delivery in India
