Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Presentation and Site Visits:

Welcome walk-in clients and scheduled visitors at the project site or sales office.

Conduct guided site visits of the flat/show apartment, building, and project area.
-
Provide detailed explanations of unit layouts, carpet/super built-up areas, floor plans, and model flats.

Highlight unique features, design elements, and quality of construction to potential customers.
2. Project and Building Explanation:
-
Describe the building’s structural details, specifications (tiles, doors, electrical fittings, etc.), and layout.

Explain all project amenities such as parking, elevators, clubhouse, security, and green zones.

Share information regarding legal approvals, RERA registration, and builder background.
-
Use brochures, sample flat tours, and walkthrough videos to enhance buyer understanding.
3. Customer Interaction and Query Handling:
-
Respond to questions related to price, payment plans, loan eligibility, possession timelines, and documentation.

Assist customers in comparing different flat options (floor, facing, size, etc.) within the project.

Address doubts or objections politely and accurately. Escalate complex queries to the sales manager or senior executives.

Build trust and rapport by maintaining a professional, informative, and patient tone throughout all interactions.
4. Follow-up and Lead Management:

Maintain a record of all walk-ins, inquiries, and site visits.

Follow up regularly with prospective buyers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert inquiries into bookings.

Update CRM software or inquiry sheets with client feedback and status of leads.
5. Support in Documentation and Booking Process:

Assist customers with the initial flat booking form, token amount collection, and documentation.
-
Coordinate with the sales admin team for providing receipts, payment plans, or legal documents.

Ensure buyers receive correct and timely updates post-booking regarding registration, payments, and possession.
