Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and attract potential customers through various marketing channels.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Use online and offline marketing techniques to generate high-quality leads.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into paying customers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
3. Relationship Management & Customer Retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Implement loyalty programs and referral initiatives to retain customers.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct research on customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer acquisition strategies.
