Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing and Operations Executive to drive our outreach and user engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and comfortable juggling both marketing tasks and backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Management
- Reach out to potential leads via Call, WhatsApp, email, and SMS in a timely and professional manner
- Educate leads about offerings and address queries to build interest
- Convert leads into confirmed users by guiding them through registration, trial, and onboarding
- Maintain lead follow-up sheets and track engagement performance
User Operations & Support
- Coordinate and schedule practice sessions between users and tutors
- Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure high session attendance
- Provide basic technical and operational support to users via WhatsApp or email
- Collect and compile user feedback to improve the service experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline); freshers welcome
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic email tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-first mindset and a proactive problem-solving attitude
