Marketing and Sales Executive
Job Description
- The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for the generation of new business and grows existing business in the assigned territory / sector.
- This involves, create and implement sales and marketing plan to ensure the achievement of business revenue targets, driving core products/solutions/services with the aim of achieving overall growth target set for the region.
- Recognising the importance of this role to the future success of Concerto Software, this role will report directly to VP / CEO.
- Responsible for generating new business relationships
- Manage assigned accounts by building strong relationships with customers, gain a thorough understanding of their requirements and long term goals to expand & realize business opportunities.
- Would be personally responsible for targeting highly potential large accounts.
- Develop and maintain effective prospective client and existing agency relationships.
- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining an excellent level of technical knowledge regarding all areas.
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify event opportunities & assist team.
- Represent the company at industry events and trades shows by clearly demonstrating knowledge and expertise.
- Freshers (B.E any field) with MBA in Marketing who have Business Development Marketing Aptitude.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and computer skills (MS Office Products).
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- Confident negotiator and ability to close the right type of business at the highest levels.
- An ability to represent the company at the highest level to clients and agencies, manage prospective client expectations and keep promises.
- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- High learning curve when it comes to gaining knowledge of new and existing product lines.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and support personal development.
- Confidence in presenting / speaking at industry events / workshops by effectively using a range of presentation skills i.e. body language, voice tone etc.
