Job Description
Designation: Marketing And Sales
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the sales team in creating sales collaterals, such as product brochures and presentations
2. Assist the HR team in creating job postings and job descriptions
3. Conduct research to identify potential customers and market trends
4. Assist with organizing and coordinating events such as trade shows and conferences
5. Support the HR team in managing recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting the initial screening of candidates
6. Help the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads
7. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and social media initiatives
8. Help maintain and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, sales, HR, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
4. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
6. Basic knowledge of marketing principles and sales techniques is a plus
7. Prior internship experience in marketing or sales is preferred
