Marketing And Sponsorship Manager (Sports Background) Jobs Opening in 4Memories Event at Mumbai
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Bringing new collaboration/ sponsors/ partner on board as per the requirement of the event (current, ongoing, future)
2. Negotiating with the client to increase event / project profitability, fixing terms of payment of client
3. Creating & submitting the pre & post event cost and quote
4. Working towards creating a plan that includes marketing and PR activities including social media presence, press releases, interviews etc
5. Developing and suggesting activities that can develop 4memoreis event brand and the sustainability of business
6. Delivering promised service to the client with the support of another team member
7. Constantly update one's knowledge of the various forms of media available today
8. Designing the marketing materials for the event to approach several different stakeholders
9. Developing print, billboard, and digital marketing campaigns as well as radio and television advertising spots
10. Preparing contract/ MOU for brand association
11. Maintaining a suitable database of all sponsorship activities, such as progress timelines and contract values
12. Ensuring that sponsorship packages and grant applications are complete, executed, and updated when necessary by required deadlines
13. Developing sponsorship strategies with insights from market research, portfolio gap analysis and overall strategies.
14. Formulating research parameters to identify industry and market trends for the development of sponsorship strategies.
15. Securing event sponsorship and exhibition income, to achieve stretched income targets.
