Position Overview: The Marketing Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the Marketing Manager with developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies. This position involves overseeing daily marketing activities, managing campaigns, and contributing to the growth and visibility of the brand. The Marketing Assistant Manager will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, ads, email campaigns, and website content.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and engage with followers to maintain brand presence.
- Help in organizing events, promotions, and product launches.
- Support the Marketing Manager with budget planning and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.
- Oversee customer engagement and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Assist in market research and customer segmentation to help tailor marketing strategies.
- Manage and track marketing analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with some experience in a leadership or assistant role.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, email marketing, analytics tools, etc.).
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and visual marketing is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing software (e.g., Hub Spot, Google Analytics) is preferred.
