Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the marketing team by helping to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives for the retail store. This individual will contribute to the creation of promotional content, assist with store events, track performance metrics, and maintain a strong connection with customers through various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support:

Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital content.
Help implement seasonal promotions and sales events.

Content Creation & Social Media:

Assist in managing the store’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), including content scheduling and posting.
Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling visual content for digital and print media.
Track social media metrics and engagement, providing reports to the marketing team.

Customer Engagement & Feedback:

Collect customer feedback through surveys or social media interactions and share insights with the marketing team.
Support customer loyalty initiatives, such as promotional offers, giveaways, or VIP events.

Retail Promotions & Visual Merchandising:

Assist with in-store displays and visual merchandising to align with current marketing campaigns and product promotions.
Help organize and promote store events or product launches.

Data Tracking & Reporting:

Assist in tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including sales performance, customer traffic, and promotions.
Monitor competitors and provide insights on market trends.

Collaborative Support:

Work closely with store management and sales staff to ensure marketing efforts align with store goals and customer needs.
Help coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or influencers when necessary.
