Job Description
Sthyra is a growing technology and creative-driven company focused on building impactful digital experiences and brands. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in executing campaigns, generating leads, coordinating marketing activities, and strengthening Sthyra’s digital presence.
Role Overview :As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute day-to-day marketing activities across digital and offline channels. The role requires someone who is organized, proactive, creative, analytical, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
You will have the opportunity to work across digital marketing, social media, lead generation, market research, content, campaigns, and marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Support the marketing team with day-to-day marketing operations and execution.
Conduct market, competitor, audience, and industry research.
Identify potential customer segments, trends, opportunities, and marketing channels.
Assist with lead generation and lead management activities.
Research and build relevant prospect/customer databases.
Support email marketing and outreach campaigns.
Assist in creating and coordinating marketing content for social media, websites, email, and other channels.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and other internal teams for marketing requirements.
Assist in managing and maintaining social media content calendars.
Support the execution of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
Maintain marketing databases, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
Assist with organizing events, promotional activities, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, agencies, and other marketing partners when required.
Support the marketing team in testing new marketing ideas, channels, and tools.
Use AI-powered tools to improve research, content creation, campaign planning, and marketing workflows.
Stay updated with current marketing trends, platforms, tools, and best practices.
1–2 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Marketing Operations / Business Development Support.
Good understanding of basic marketing concepts and digital marketing channels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good research and analytical skills.
Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets and organize marketing data.
Basic understanding of social media marketing.
Basic understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition.
Strong coordination and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good attention to detail.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Is proactive and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Can execute tasks independently while working closely with the marketing team.
Is curious about why customers buy and how brands grow.
Can think creatively while making decisions based on data.
Is comfortable learning new marketing tools and technologies.
