Job Description

Job Overview: - As we enter a crucial 3-month research and setup phase, we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate to support our early-stage marketing efforts and help build brand visibility from the ground up. In this role, you will assist with market outreach, content creation, competitor benchmarking, and social media planning. You''ll work closely with the founder, research analyst and other creative teams to translate market insights into effective marketing strategies.

Required Skills: -

 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in events, hospitality, or startups

 Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, etc.)

 Strong copywriting and content creation abilities

 Creativity, initiative, and a passion for events and branding

 Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media management

 Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and event concepts

 Ability to analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics

 Ability to craft compelling content for blogs, newsletters, and event promotions.

 Excellent communication and project coordination skills

 Design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) are a plus
