Job Description

TERAWATT Engineering, LLC is a U.S. based consulting firm specializing in Substation and Transmission & Distribution engineering. We are currently hiring a remote, entry level Marketing & Business Development Associate to support our U.S. operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and identify U.S. utility and renewable energy project opportunities

  • Assist in preparing proposals, qualifications, and RFP responses

  • Research client background, develop outreach strategies, and maintain CRM entries

  • Support LinkedIn campaigns, presentations, and basic marketing collateral

  • Coordinate with engineering and executive teams for timely submissions

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing

  • Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred).

  • Apply only if you have MBA and BE/BTech.

  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)

  • Experience or internship with U.S.-based clients is preferred

  • Availability to work during U.S. Central Time (evening hours IST)

Salary: INR20,000 – INR30,000 per month
(Higher salary may be considered for candidates with relevant U.S. experience. Salary will also be reviewed after one year of service and may be increased based on performance.)
