Job Profile:
Client Acquisition :-
* Look out for new potential clients
* Visit Corporates and give Presentation about Saama services
* Arrange stalls/kiosks at Malls, Apartment Complexes and potential areas
* Achieve set target
* Should be aggressive about exploring newer & traditional channels, leading to business development, Alliances & Partnerships
Client Relationship and Retention :-
* Manage client relationship - visiting corporate clients regularly to solve queries & to maintain good relations, handle escalations, other queries
* Reach out to individual/retail clients regularly in electronic format - newsletters, updates thru social media, traditional posts
* Arrange Health check-up on & offsite.
* Arranging Health check-up and health talks for corporates
* Maintain various reports
Advertising and Brand Promotion :-
* Increase brand awareness of Saama Wellness Center
* Manage advertising through all means
* Develop the Brand visibility
* Participating in events/exhibitions related to core business
Futuristic :-
* Staying informed about the activities of health services across country
* Assessing internal strengths and limitations and exploring courses/workshops for skill enhancement(of doctors & assistants)
Key Skills
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Zeal and enthusiasm towards Marketing
* Knowledge of spoken English, Kannada and Hindi
* Strong analytical skills
* Commercial awareness
* The ability to learn and adapt to different client/market needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships
* Good negotiation and networking skills The ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets
