Job Description
Key Objectives
- Should act as a driving force for our institution to tie up with reputed institutions in a particular area
- Should be capable to identify resourceful institutions from an area and implement marketing campaigns that drive them to be our Assessment Agency or Testing and training Centre.
- Should be able to register minimum 4 centres per month
- Responsible to renew the registered centres every year
- Will be responsible to coordinate daily activities of the marketing division, facilitate all marketing campaigns and manage documentation requirements
- Ability and experience of working with third party organisations
- 2-3 years of marketing field experience would be an added advantage
- Direct marketing experience preferable
- Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure to deadlines
- Skills Required- Interpersonal skills, Communication Skills, PR Skills, Convincing Skills
- Once the candidate achieve a target of registering 48 centers to Nsim in a year, they are likely to be appointed as our permanent employee. As part of candidate’s probation duty for an year, they have to register minimum of 4 centers per month and when the target is achieved within a year of 48 centers, candidates are welcomed to the mainstream.
- Attractive Commission offered for each center registration.
- Incentive is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
