Designation - Marketing Coordinator

To be responsible for managing the Patient at the Front Desk
Providing correct information to the patient related to investigations, procedures, health packages, billing, and reports
Complete the registration process in a timely and accurate manner
Responsible for submission of daily cash to the finance department.
Assist and direct patients for investigations and procedure
Co-ordinate for timely delivery of the report within the turnaround time.
Uphold basic standards of cleanliness of workplace area as well as self-grooming, and demonstrate use of standard phrases and etiquette during all points of patient interface
Proactively distribute feedback forms and seek suggestions from patients/attendants
Complete any other ad-hoc task assigned by the concerned superior
Responsible for handling patient escalations efficiently to create a continual improvement process in place and responds to emergency situations.

Minimum Qualification:
