Job role

Contacting the list of client giving introduction about the products, maintaining rapport with the customer, answering any technical querries on the product, installation and post sales process.

Your job role

Generate new enquiries and collect the payments, making cold calls , intro calls, mailers.
Responsible for routine follow-up with the prospective customers and replying customers for all contract review activities. .
Develop new customers & to ensure the regular follow ups with the existing customers.
Provide technical responses/proposals as per clients requirement and support sales
Submit reports on weekly basis for the work done in the week and projection for coming week.
Follow-up with the customer complaints if any, to ensure completion of the process.
Provide the feedback to the head regarding all the concern matters.
Preparing the samples test report in excel sheet and making the video of demonstration with their samples and prooving how a product meets a client’s needs.
Working with existing customers to help them get the most out of the products they have bought.
Providing sales support during virtual and onsite client meetings.
Identifying the customer's current and future requirements.
Identifying client requirements.
Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them.
Offering after-sales support services.
Conveying customer technical requirements to the Internal Engineering teams.
Maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions.
Mandatory: 1year work bond.
