- Skanda Infra Projects was established in 2008 and Registered Company with The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI), dealing with realty services such as construction of apartments and flats for residential purposes. . The focus has been on the development of premium residential, commercial, retail, integrated townships, lifestyle gated communities Built on the foundation professionals and every stage is reinforced with dedication to give every customer excellent value for money. And determination of delivering homes within scheduled time frames. Thus creating valuable trust and confidence to the customers. As of now completed 19 projects and nearly 400 Houses and one commercial project with above 300 shops is under construction. Now company overall customer base is above 13,000. Company has started operations in Anantapur with housing and open plots project in 2014 .The company also undertaking projects in other big towns like Nandyal, Tadipatri in Andhra Pradesh
