We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive cum Back Office Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
A. Marketing Duties
1. Digital Marketing Support

Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by scheduling posts and responding to messages.

Support email marketing campaigns, including creating content, maintaining subscriber lists, and tracking performance.

Help update the company website with new content, promotions, blogs, or service information.

Monitor online presence and gather customer feedback from digital channels.
2. Campaign Coordination

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.

Coordinate with vendors, designers, and suppliers for promotional material development.

Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
3. Content and Communication

Draft marketing collateral such as brochures, email templates, newsletters, and flyers.

Maintain a database of customer testimonials, case studies, and reference materials.

Help create presentations and pitch decks for internal or client meetings.
4. Event and Outreach Assistance

Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Maintain event calendars and coordinate logistics like travel, bookings, and material distribution.

Follow up with prospects and partners after events.
B. Back Office Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support

Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets, and generate regular reports for the marketing and operations teams.

Maintain files, records, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.

Assist with invoice processing, inventory tracking, and vendor communication.
2. Customer and Client Coordination

Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, or appointments.

Update CRM systems and ensure accurate records of client communication and status.

Provide internal support to the sales and customer service teams as required.
3. Internal Communication and Reporting

Coordinate with other departments (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing activities, leads generated, and customer engagement.

Monitor office supply levels and coordinate procurement as needed.
