Job Description
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0-3years ( Electrical background preferred)
Responsible for creating new dealers and distributors executing the marketing strategies. Business developments, Revenue generating, Electricians meeting
To promote company's products or services.
Collaborating with other teams to achieve business goals.
Male candidates only apply for all Odisha.
Two wheeler mandatory with license.
- 0 - 3 years of sales experience in electrical (consumer durable) industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Marketing & Promotion:
-
Promote electrical products such as control panels, switchgears, transformers, cables, motors, automation systems, and other electrical components.

Conduct market analysis to identify customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to understand product features, specifications, and applications.

Develop and deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
2. Lead Generation and Sales Support:

Generate leads through industrial visits, trade shows, exhibitions, digital marketing, and professional networking.

Follow up on inquiries, send product catalogs, and explain technical benefits to potential clients.

Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including site surveys, technical queries, and project discussions.

Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.

Act as a liaison between the customer and internal departments (engineering, production, logistics).

Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions that meet both technical and commercial needs.

Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
4. Technical Content Creation:

Prepare marketing materials such as product datasheets, case studies, brochures, and presentations.

Write content for social media, website, and email campaigns to highlight the benefits and applications of electrical products.

Contribute to the creation of technical blogs, newsletters, or whitepapers to educate the market.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the electrical engineering domain.

Provide inputs to product development teams based on market demands and customer feedback.

Identify untapped market segments or emerging application areas to guide strategic planning.
6. Marketing Campaign Execution:

Plan and implement promotional activities including product launches, seminars, webinars, and trade fairs.

Coordinate online and offline campaigns for brand visibility and lead conversion.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
7. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, proposals, and customer interactions.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance, lead status, and market feedback.

Assist in budgeting and planning for marketing-related expenditures.
