Job Description

As part of our expansion and launch of the new OTC Division, we are looking to hire Marketing Executive - Field Sales and Business Development. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who are energetic, have good communication skills, and are eager to gain real-world experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.

Ivy LifeSciences is a fast-growing healthcare and wellness company. We are expanding our company with the launch of our new division, IVY (OTC) Division, and are looking for energetic marketing executives to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities

Visit gyms, physiotherapy centers, wellness clinics, and retail counters to pitch products.
Build strong relationships with gym trainers, physiotherapists, and shop owners.
Generate new sales leads, convert them into regular orders, and ensure repeat business.
Conduct product sampling, demos, and promotional activities at client locations.
Maintain sales records, follow up with clients, and report weekly progress.
Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

Fresher with strong communication skills in the field of sales/marketing/business development.
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel locally.
Interest in healthcare, wellness, or fitness industry will be a plus.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on interview).
