Job Description
Job Overview
DPNG Direct Marketing Executive is primarily responsible for obtaining Registrations of DPNG
Customers, Coordinating & ensuring timely conversion and smooth onboarding of the customer and
supporting customer in surrendering his LPG Cylinder/s.
Key Responsibilities:
1. DPNG Marketing Activities:
Organize and deliver customer awareness sessions on PNG usage and benefits & execute
domestic marketing activities to promote PNG services
Conducting marketing and promotional campaigns & Distributing pamphlets and other
promotional materials.
Explaining various Schemes and their merits along with PNG benefits to Customer
Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable schemes and convince them for opting for PNG.
2. New DPNG Customer Registration:
Conduct door-to-door visits for DPNG Customer registration & assist customers for
process.
Manage new PNG connection registrations and ensure accurate data entry in CRM
software/DMA portal / Excel Sheets.
Verify customer details, including KYC updates and document collection.
Coordinate with TG teams for customer complaint resolution during
Registration/Conversions.
3. Conversion of New / already Registered Customer
Provide administrative support to the Lead – Projects for day-to-day site tasks.
coordination with PE-PNG vendors and TG teams to ensure conversion work front
availability to contractors.
Support SD validation for customer accounts.
Coordinate with customers to facilitate smooth conversion processes.
Achievement of monthly targets set by GA team.
4. Assistance for LPG Cylinder Surrender
Assist newly converted / already converted customers for surrendering their LPG Cylinder/s
to respective OMC
Make “LPG Cylinder Surrender” forms of respective OMC readily & Free of Cost available to the customer.
Provide assistance in filling the above forms.
Submit / Assist in submitting duly filled forms of the customer to respective OMC.
Submit a copy of the receipt from OMC for TG Records.
5. Other Responsibilities
Maintain an updated area wise customer database for future communication.
Attend customer calls and assist customer care, as required.
6. Compliance & Process Improvement
Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies.
Ensure “No Cash” Dealing.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong Communication Skills in Local Language
Aptitude for Sales
6 months Experience in Direct Marketing Activities in Utility / FMCG / Insurance / Credit Card /
Auto Industry / Gig Economy etc.

Number of Registrations per Month
Number of Conversions per Month
Number of LPG Cylinder Surrenders per Month
