Job Description
- Research online to qualify leads and build sales pipeline
- Calling potential clients for generating new sales
- Visiting Client’s premise and understand their requirements and suggest products accordingly
- Replying to client’s query over a call as well as through email
- Convert leads to sales through right sales pitch
- Ensure good relationship and follow-ups with client for repeat business
- Ensure sales targets are met on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
- Track and report sales order and payments
- Coordinating with other departments for Billing and Dispatch
- Doing market research
- Contribute to Product/Marketing Strategy and sales forecasts
- Preparing DSR and share the same with Reporting Officer
- Preparing monthly MIS and share the same with Management
- Maintaining daily Sales report and submit to the management
- Facilitating client’s visit to site/office
