Responsibilities and Duties

-Evaluating the result of the marketing out comes from the activities done.
-Ensure the evaluation of the enquiries generated to the centre via the
marketing activities and the kind of enquiry pool that generated.
-Use the new tools and ideas to attract more audience and the visibility of
the brand and products in the right position and make sure it reached in its
right value and benefits.
-General follow-up, joining formalities and other administrative activities.
-Do a market analysis in terms of the demand of the current students and
any new demand for new students in the market.
-Communicate the change of market trends to Centre Manager and also
the HO to take the right and quick action against the change of the services.
-Conducting the workshops or seminars in the schools, colleges,
universities, societies and other community locations for campaingns plannedThese can be done at the centre, or at their respective premises or
in a common location like hotel or auditorium etc. depends on the scale of
the audience those expecting to be participated.
-Making the appropriate Data Collection plans and give-outs to capture the
data from the attendees and give the same to your sales team or
counselors for the follow-ups.
-Meeting the corporate or government departments to proliferate the
training & other related services that we can provide to them.
-Visiting the industry to gain the industry change or demand and planning
the same in our quality service. Coordinate & discuss the same with the
centre placement manager/executive.
-Attending review meetings and making the monthly or periodic reports
and send to Centre Manager.
