- Develop technology white paper for all new implementation if any, or on raise of demand from reporting authority.
- Demonstrate & conduct training as required on any job implemented to peers/team/BU as part of knowledge transfer sessions on demand.
- Participate in client meeting representing company for technical arbitration and confidence building exercise
