Job Summary
Required a candidate who is a fresher graduate in Marketing specialization or One year experienced person in the field of Industrial sewing machine & Apparel manufacturing Industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The Marketing Executive will be responsible for increasing the market reach and helping to establish the brand Jack / Bruce.
- This is a broad ranging role, and as part of a large scale business the candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities across the whole marketing spectrum.
- Key areas of involvement will include brand and PR management, event management, developing and overseeing the creative content strategy and implementation, social media, promotional campaigns, Digital marketing and website optimization.
- Whilst the candidate will have the support of external agencies, this will be a hands-on role where the candidate will have the ability to use your creative skills as well as strategic marketing ability. The role requires a passionate, ambitious individual with a drive for success.

Working closely with all areas of the business including directly with the Area Managers the candidate will have an opportunity to develop the career and will be involved at a critical stage of development as the business goes from strength to strength.
- Job Responsibility includes Customer visits, Customer Feedback, Promotional activities, Marketing Survey, Competitor survey & strategy.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate with Marketing specialization, Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of how to implement and run campaigns (including delivery and execution).
- Ability to understand and develop marketing/brand strategies and write briefs.
- Creating social outreach initiatives to strengthen the brands presence across the digital and social communities.
- Conceptualize, plan, budget, and execute events that integrate into corporate marketing goals and contribute directly to sales pipeline success. Events include customer events, seminars, internal meetings, partner events, etc.
- Research, select, negotiate, and manage external vendors.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Should have excellent communication & writing skills in English & Hindi.
- Convincing & Negotiation skills
- Understanding & speaking local languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam would be advantageous
- System skills like word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet
