- You need to have Excellent communication skills and convincing power.
- Should be fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi
- Should be able to work with a team.

- Two wheeler essential.
- Fixing appointment, follow up with clients, interaction with clients, handling customer enquiries.
- Telecalling on the database brovided by BWT for pitch.
- Identifying suspect and an appointment with the architect /interior designer.
- Follow up with contact clients on phone. Keeping in Touch with the existing clients.
- whenever needed have to to go for a site visit.
