Job Summary
Tyremarket .com is an online tyre selling portal and is the next big unicorn in the automotive start-up service sector. We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to contribute in generating sales and collection follow-up for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about company products over calls and through emails
- Answer questions and queries related to products, pre-sales, post-sales, invoices and payments
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field executives when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances and escalations to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience as tele calling executive or customer service role (06 months to 01 years)
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, Usage of tally reports will be a plus advantage, Google Spreadsheet) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good speaking knowledge of Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. English (must write properly and can speak)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Must have hands on experience on basic excel formulas and reporting (06 months to 01 year)
- Quick leaner and fast implementer
- Must possess professional email etiquette
- Must be a good listener and detailed oriented
- Previous experience with start-up culture will add value.
- Flexible to work on any days and can stretch time (only on urgent cases)
- Qualification: PUC and Graduate (B.COM, BBA, BBM, BCA) or any degree with above skill sets
