· To handle numbers of Distributors.
· To makes & implement plan to promotional activities
· Responsible for business development.
· In charge of sales in market.
· To look after the proper implementation of plan or schemes by dealers.
· To manage sale force in market fields.
· Planning for sales increase and to develop the new buyers & dealer network.
· Finalization of various marketing strategies, viz., Advertising, Events and Negotiation etc.
· Building up long term & healthy relations with existing customers / prospective customers.
· To get feedback from the customers & taking action on the same.
