Job Description
- We are a startup business company, with headquarter in Switzerland and looking for a talented male who can perform these tasks effectively.
- This person will be Executive Assistant to the M.D.
- Assisting in building and managing the supply chain.
- Instructing workers and other suppliers on-site.
- Building the first prototype of our product.
- Ensuring good and trustful relations by acting as Sales Agent with consumers and smaller local businesses like hardware shops, etc
- Assisting MD with business development activities in Chandigarh, New Delhi, and other cities.
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Book and make travel arrangements.
- Accompany MD to the business trips throughout the country.
- At least 6 months experience (Freshers who have a passion for work are also welcome).
- Technical knowledge would be plus point.
- Good communication skills, bold and intelligent.
- Must be the resident of Chandigarh/Panchkula/Mohali.
- The executive assistant will receive Krav Maga (self-defense) training and security driving training when needed.
