Qualification :
  • BBA or MBA desirable
  • Fresher or 1 yr experience in relevant field.
  • Well-versed in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
Other Requirement :
  • Two-wheeler must with Valid Driving License
  • Willing to travel
  • Local candidate from Chennai preferred

Job Description :

1.Possess excellent communication skills. 
2.Dynamic, sound & good looking with fluency in English language.
3.Be polite & calm while speaking.
4.Creative thinking & quick decision making ability.
5.Energetic & hardworking.
6.Good command over working with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and should draft documents/reports efficiently.
7.Basic knowledge of professional email drafting & communications.
8.Able to work independently and as a team player in a multi-cultural environment.
9.Develop effective marketing campaign to promote business.
10.Maintain proper communication & follow up with the business leads.
11.Regular Client meetings & deliver effective presentation.
12.Must meet work deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
13.Proficiency in Hindi or other language is desirable.
14.Knowledge about Buildings & construction industry will be added advantage.
15.Aware about basics of Digital/Social media marketing.
16.Periodic update to the Reporting Officer/Head about the work status.
